Registration for the 12th Congress of the Baltic Orthodontic Association – BOA 2027 is now open.
Please find below the registration fees, payment information and cancellation terms. We recommend registering early to benefit from the reduced Early Registration fees.
All registration fees are shown excluding VAT. VAT (24%) will be added to the fees.

Cancellation Policy
- Until 31 May 2027: refund less €50 administration fee
- 1 June – 31 August 2027: 50% refund
- From 1 September 2027: no refund
No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after 1 September 2027.
Substitutions are permitted at no additional charge, provided that the organisers are informed in writing before the event.
In the event that the Congress is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees will be refunded in full. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any other costs incurred, including travel and accommodation expenses.
